SOFT DISCLAIMER ::.

"Truthfully, I'm just here to keep a record of random thoughts and events that occur in my life. This blog is not meant to entertain, so if you find yourself offended by the lack of literary creativity or if you feel the need to blame me for something I've said and done, help yourself. Let's see if you gain anything from it. Just remember, these are my own thoughts in my own words, unless otherwise stated. I post some of my art and doodlings here sometimes, so anything I make are not to be taken without permission. I'm a nice chick, so just ask. Cheers."

Goodbye Wonderland... *sniff*

It sounds tragic, doesn't it? The pride of Sydney's West, Australia's one and only Wonderland, is to close forever on April 26th, 2004. I know it's old news, but it's only just hit me now. And it kinda hurts. To think that future generations will never experience what I've experienced in Wonderland and may not even know of its existence, is pitiful. I really do feel sorry for what people are about to miss out on. I had the ultimate pleasure of going to Wonderland yesterday... one last time... before it is forever disintegrated from this cruel, cruel world of ours. I had an absolute ball. I rode on all the major rides, but I must say, my favourite ride and most likely to be missed would be The Bush Beast. I love the anticipation, the excitement, the nervous feeling that I get when I think about how old the ride seems to be and how I can fall out of it anytime 'cause I'm so small. But then, I just let it all out by screaming my lungs out and just letting go... it's one of the best feelings in the world. Can you feel the nerves? Ahhh. The Pirate Ship. Woohoo for Wonderland! This was taken right after The River Rampage. Can you believe we're only 20 years young? You can almost hear how loud I was screaming on this one! 'Nuff said.
